“Is the blogosphere stalled?” asks Virtual Economics, noting that the number of active blogs has remained steady at 15 million. Yet only recently we were being told that a quarter of all UK Internet users writes blog. Which is clearly bollocks. Seamus at Virtual Economics wonders why people stop blogging. You might as well wonder why everyone doesn’t write a diary. Or write books. Or make films. Or write songs. Or poems. People have other – better – stuff to do with their time.
