How to invent a sex toy – week 3

by Rich on September 23, 2006

Lots of chin-stroking over Product X this week, but not an awful lot to show for our efforts. One thing that we’ve definitely decided is that if Greenpeace ever get their hands on it, it’ll pass their product testing with flying colours.

We’re developing several other products right now, including additions to the Tracey Cox range and the new version of the world-famous iBuzz iPod sex toy, and they’re all going to be made from skin-safe TPR elastomer that doesn’t contain phthalates.

So Product X will also be made from a similar skin-safe material, which is cool, but it could give us a problem. TPR elastomers are generally quite soft and because there are going to be special markings on the vibrator, TPR might not be a suitable material. Don’t worry, we’ll cope ;-)
