LoveHoney is proud of its customer service so we’re happy to lay ourselves open to public scrutiny courtesy of the Shopzilla post-checkout survey. Each time a customer checks out from LoveHoney, they’re invited to take the survey and rate our performance on a range of criteria. A few days later, they’re opt-in optionally e-mailed a fulfilment survey which asks them (in some detail) whether we’ve literally delivered the goods. Apart from being a constant reminder than we absolutely need to be on top of our game, the daily suverys also include a Customer Comments section which usually gives us a warm glow, often points out where we can improve, and more than frequently gives us a smile.
Today a typical run of comments went…
“Detail of products is good on this site – the materials from which they are manufactred and the size of batteries etc. This is main reason we shop there as compared to elsewhere.”
“I did have a problem at the check out but lovehoney responded very fast and very friendly and helpful. All round a TOP service and GREAT products”
All pretty ordinary until we get one that reminds us what business we’re in…
“Clitoral vibrating ‘teeth’ were a little too soft for my personal preference. I have since ordered a rabbit vibrator.”
LOL.
