Broadband Help is a useful Web site if you’re trying to decide which broadband service provide to choose. Unsurprisingly, my new bete noire TalkTalk comes in a for a serious kicking given its lack of customer care and poor service quality. What makes me LOL is that only a few screen inches under Broadband Help’s banner advert offering a free 30-day trial on TalkTalk Broadband, you get a review which starts: “Who ever you choose – DONT choose talktalk. Don’t be tempted by their promises of cheapness and reliability, because they simply are not existent – it is NOT value for money as soon as you have a problem.” And it’s true.
