1 The pump box might have been Photoshopped

2 Simon Cowell might have had ear-reduction surgery

3 Ears can grow – or at least be squashed into being bigger, as any rugby forward will tell you!

If you look closely at the ears of the two people, theres a major difference.
That can’t possibly be Simon Cowell.
Ears never grow.
